Can run but only show United Stated ,cannot show my current location😢

This works fine in Wear OS 4 (Android 13).
Also, I used the latest versions of play-services-location (21.0.1) and appcompat(1.6.1).
In the original code, City was get by getLocality(). That results in null value in my case.
So, I used getSubAdminArea() and this show the correct city value.

I've trying to use this in a Service, but it didn't work. Someone can help-me?
