Will definitely have to try this! I usually default to Mediterranean-style yellow rice when I cook as a way to spice up the rice vs just having it plain w/ something like soy sauce, but this looks like it absolutely slaps

ОтветитьAy! I suspected at some point you’d pour Chicken stock into your otherwise PERFECT black beans. The Mexicans (in general) believe that you MUST have dead chicken or pork body parts for “Authentic flavor”. It’s not only a myth, it’s an unhealthy myth! I am surprised this person did not even suggest vegetable stock as an alternative, which increasingly…is what the general public wants more of.

I figured out about the richer sweeter tomato in the can by accident 1 day. I tasted it after I blended it and I was like thats just like red mild the restaurant salsa! I have yet to be able to make mexican rice successfully. Mine gets gummy. thank you for this video I have to try it.
