I've only bought from Temu once. I bought 2 products and they didn't show up within the time frame they said it would. The first day the products were late Temu automatically gave me a $5 credit. 2 days later the products still hadn't arrived so I contacted their customer support using the chat feature on their website. I just said I wanted a refund because my order had not been delivered. They happily returned all my money that instant. Another 3 days later my order was finally delivered. I contacted the Temu customer support using the chat feature again. They just thanked me for my business and didn't recharge me for my order. My order was only $15 so I don't know that they would have done the same for like a $200 order but they did seem eager to make me, the customer, happy.

Let's discuss the pronunciation of Temu please. Is it like TA MOO or TEE MOO?

You reference a company that does not exist "TAMU" in fact the company you wish to refer to is actually "TEMU" !

Nice video. I have made quite a few orders from Temu. You are right about the time of delivery. Fortunately they have a place in Sweden to make the shipping from. That saves us in Denmark a hell of a lot of money in VAT- Import taxes, handling fees and the list is without ending. I have tried to order some wooden chips that goes between the neck and the body on a guitar or bass. It is very simple chips of wood that was priced to 5 $ in the USA. When I got them I had to pay an extra 250 $ in cost, handling fees and taxes, so I am done buying in America. I can't understand why the Americans don't make the same arrangement. It would save us a huge amount of money and give the companies much more sale. About the quality I have the same experience as you. Some things are just crap but I mostly buy screws, nuts, bolts, router and drilling equipment, ball bearings and that stuff is just as good as from our local stores. They have gone down in quality too as they have been turned into "supermarkets" with the same goods in stock in stead of specialized shops. I am looking forward to your next video. stay away from temu guy they are all garbage.

The pocket hole jig and the undersized guides.
Wouldn't that be easily sorted just by running a drill through it a few times - the drill would soon enlarge the hole enough that it wouldn't bind.
Sees an easy fix for a toll that is otherwise so good!

Also, I understand your concerns about the possible quality issues with stuff from Temu - but please add the links to the items you found.
Add all the caveats you like, but at least give us the chance to buy the same products you bought - there are a LOT of pocket hole jigs and sharpening guides out there, and you seem to have found some good ones (despite the issues you found with them)

Amazon tends to be more expensive, but if I do not like it or it is defective (with Prime) I can send it back and do not have to fight with the seller like with AliExpress.

I bought a T square from AliExpress...and it was not even square. The seller played games with me, and refused to refund my money. So, lost money, lost time and a defective product. I have never been so poorly treated by a seller as I have been with products from AliExpress.

I have purchased many product from Temu and some i needed to return with no problem because of the product arrived damaged or I was not satisfied with the product. Temu except my request for a refund and gave a choice to keep the product and they will credited my account or throw the product away and they will still credit my account equal to the refund amount. I think for the four times i asked for a refund out of many, many items that is not to bad.

Don't forget using items in real world events. Because that pencil, how does the lead hold up of you drop it once or twice? The wrench works as well as your fingers. The step bits were used on the thinnest sheet metal I have ever seen. Try using it on a exterior door for a peep hole or a pass through on your fire wall of your car. Somewhere you would use in real life.

Yep I’ve got some screwed up stuff on Temu due to the lousy packaging. It usually comes in a plastic bag just every thing you order just gets stuffed in the bag.

The black multi wrench review is ridiculously overdone. I have one. It's obviously a very light duty tool, so it seems absurd to me that firmly anchored lag bolts were even attempted.
My wife and I have been generally pleased with Temu. Their shipping speed is hard beat. Some of it is even warehoused here in America. They also carry many unique items not seen elsewhere. The main weaknpoint is as you pointed out shipping packaging.
I very much dislike amazon. They have fake reviews. You don't know who the actual vendor is, and as far as I can tell you don't have a way to determine shipping price until checkout.
I'm an ebay fan. They're up front about shipping, I know who I'm buying from (including sales reviews), and I know (and can often choose) where it's coming from. There's even shopping options of buy now, auction, etc.

Well I " DON"T AGREE" with you on the router bits. You didn't scroll down in the items discription, that tells you what the SHANK SIZE is. DA ! Also put in another collet that's the right size !! Look in a drawer as your router most likely came with 2 or so sizes. As for the items you threw in the garbage , SEND THEM BACK ! Now the reason the boxes are all screwed up , is the customs agents tear open the packages { NOTICE ALL THE TAPE] that's why the boxes are messed up sometimes AND the orange bags look like a ROLL of TAPE. As always so dope came to work hung over and did a half as job.ALSO Temu have wharehouses in California and on the East coast. So b4 you open your mouth , USE YOUR HEAD and ask them about what I just pointed out to you. it is all returnable if you have the package that it came in. sometimes on small items they just say keep it and give you a refund. Also, if the package arrives late, you get a $5 credit.
