Modern Login Form Using HTML & CSS - Step by Step Tutorial

It was a really great tutorial, I actually learned a lot here, however, there is only one issue that I am not sure how to fix. After inputting the username or password the 'username' and 'password' bubbles float on top of the already inputted field, and the two overlap which doesn't look so great. I hope that makes sense!
