ОтветитьThis idea is absolutely brilliant! I called out of work today just so I can chord along with this and play the changes. Thanks wahoooo!
ОтветитьI swear the Fmaj7 in the context of Dm sounds like the chord when they first find the pirate ship on “The Goonie’s”
ОтветитьCheers!!!!

Ответитьthat first progression i could basically just bs my way through a C major 7 arrpeggio and it sounded good. Good thing i finally learned about some easy arpeggios!
ОтветитьCan I just follow the baseline for the scales for each chord?
ОтветитьI use your videos for scat singing. They are really useful tools.
ОтветитьThanks for putting in the circle of fourths rather than fifths it makes it way easier for me personally.

Ответитьthis is great. this is my Jazz warm-up sorted. love your vids
ОтветитьI found that this video is perfect for my study and work music. Bookmarked
Ответитьevery time i learn a new ii v i lick i come back here and play it in every key for half an hour, this video has seen me progress a lot haha
ОтветитьI play various instruments. Piano and guitar mostly. It's a hard truth that a musician should know all 12 keys.
Of course.. Classically trained musicians are probably trained in all 🔑 s. Most if not all jazz musicians are highly studied in all keys. One reason is that the singer is used to singing in certain 🔑 s on certain songs. I myself am still working on be able to do all songs in all keys. Not there yet. E.g.. Georgia on mind by Hoagy Carmichael has a very sophisticated feel to it. My take on those chords is FM7. E-7b5 A7b9 Dmin7 Gmin7.. etc. It varies.. Thank you for this excellent video. It fulfills
the need to know every 🔑. Beginners should really play this a lot. 2 5 1s are prevalent in music. Especially jazz and gospel.
The backing track is awsome for solo Pedal Steel Guitar. I place mostly on the C6 neck for this one. Lots of reps gets me to not thinking note to note. I think more phrase to phrase. Thanks Elite.
Ответитьyou are a righteous king amongst men
ОтветитьGreat tritone lick !
Ответитьhear this for long times can help you reconize 2-5-1 right?
ОтветитьThanks much for this!

ОтветитьBonjour serait-il possible d'avoir une version plus lente ? merci d'avance.
Ответитьthanks man. Makes practice a LOT easier
