For MS SQL cluster Windows Server OS should be in cluster mode?? or cluster on SQL level enough

SQL Cluster 2019 installed on VMware VMs. Same interface as 2016.

Also to note if someone has limited permissions on the AD environment be sure to check these permissions:

1.User installing the Cluster has "Create computer object" and DC access, and is in local Administrator group.
2. After creating cluster - give the newly created cluster computer object (i.g. SERVERV01) the rights in AD - "Create computer object" and "Read all properties"
3. Then start Installing SQL as in the video and you won't get any issues.

Note: disable/don't install anti-virus pre-install as it can cause loop sometimes (McAfee did it for me <3)
Disk witness on the Cluster should be created last as shown in the second part 2 of this video.

when I manually switch nodes " the move action failed due to error in file shares" any work through solution on this

Does this need mssql enterprise edition or can it be done with standard edition as well?
