They dont teach this in america, but legit mental health issues are caused by nutrition deficiencies, not chemical imbalance thats just so they can make you take a toxic med that will cause more health issues mental health meds dont fix anything. Mental health issues are curable. Go to a holistic intergrative MD or a functiol medicine MD. They do though nutrition blood (vitamins/minerals/antioxidents) testing. They know optimal levels for all nutrition levels. Reg drs and providers dont do thourogh nutrition testing or any at all and most and dont know the correct nutrion levels either. If you struggle with mental health issues, headaches, balancne issues and the list goes on and on i can guarantee you have at least one nutrition deficienicy usually its many. Best and fastest way to fix it is nutrition issues is nutrition iv therapy and nutrition injections 100 percent absorbtion through the blood stream skip supplementing that takes several months to get to optimal levels. Nutrition iv therapy and nutrion injections get you to optomal levels same day and you feel close to 100 percent in about a week as your body regulates nutrition. And a smaller percent that goes with nutrion deficiencies is you can have a undiagnosed tick bite disease like lyme or bartonella. Holstic drs do though tick bite disease blood tests the reg drs dont do. Mental health issues are not all in your head or chemical imbalance. get thourough blood testing done so you dont have to keep suffering. Some examples is deficient in b vitamins and vitaman d and magnesuim casues a ton of health issues. and no you cant get enough nutrition through healthy eating alone. Toxic farming over the years has depleted nutrion in the soil. .

What a timely message. I will never overcome fear, but I can accept God's grace daily, which will help me live in peace while going through hardships. Lord, take my thoughts captive and let me focus on you and your promise. Give me wisdom and endurance to run the race.

It’s not so much that I don’t believe God will do what He Promises but I’m afraid He will and I find myself not liking that and fearful He will hold me accountable and remove what He has already given to me.

So in fear, I find myself running into the waters of Christ, the Goodness of God and I’m reminded of His Kindness in the past.

In these moments I find He is enough and my worries about losing all things for Him becomes ok. In the morning I find Joy, Peace and Love at my beside waiting to walk with me through that day.

That common fear of man being anxious about not being able to provide for his loved ones is true for me. Though I’m not married, nor do I have kids, neither do I want that, I feel an obligation to be the provider of my parents.

My anxieties are about my grown children and their marriages and families. It’s not about material provision.I’m a mother and grandmother and have experienced depression and anxiety over this for quite some time.
