Think I'll hang just hang on to my C500 Mark ii. I wanted to see more done with the frame rate in 5.9 (6k)raw. At least in 4k. Faster than 60 FPS. 120fps

Ugh so it's just an RF c500ii that's just ever so slightly smaller? No DGO? Their DGO was the one thing keeping canon cine cams interesting.

Interesting camera for sure and I know the agenda with this but the film aint even that good or showcased the features properly. The cinematography feels like it shot with an ordinary mirrorless, not a 8K $ cinema camera and with crew, the color grading sucks - why didnt you guys showcase the DR with grading conversion? and the story is too random. 
If it's marketed for documentary why showcased it with experimental narrative?
Compared to previous release films of C lines, this one is so mid. I love you Canon but ffs.
Meanwhile your direct competitor, Sony made better cinematic release films, talents and showcases, you guys always so one step behind lol.

This presentation was just a bit of a snooze and hardly does justice to such a global brand as Canon. If the camera performs as badly as their presenter, then this technical innovation will never happen. I was a huge fan of Canon for a long time, but I'm starting to get the feeling that they're not only oversleeping professional presentations, but are also lagging behind with the latest camera technologies. What a pity.

2024 and canon still hasn’t thought of making a screen loope so you can see outside! … and still not spending any money on R&D - then wonder why Sony owns the market

Should have given 120fps in full resolution at 6k, other than triple base ISO nothing is compelling to move out from Sony

I’m disappointed in you canon , canon been viewing the landscape for years watching camera after camera release the c300 mrkIII came out 2020 R5c 2022 they had a chance to wipe the competition out but of course they didn’t if I could give advice to anyone buying a camera I’d tell them go for RED or SONY
