Matrix 190 utilizes AHEC surface exposure technology from UnionTech, a printing method based on adaptable, high-energy-density principles.
This technology employs a high-power LED chip, a transparent exposure screen, and an efficient heat dissipation system. The screen's energy density, reaching 6 mW/cm², enhances photopolymerization for better curing.
Additionally, UV light power can be flexibly adjusted by 20%–100%, balancing efficiency and energy savings. Employing an high-quality telecentric optical system, it guarantees over 90% optical uniformity, emitting parallel UV beams with less than 2° collimation for even resin curing and improved accuracy.
This leads to comparable printing precision and speed with DLP printers.
