the camera zoom makes it look more dramatic than it really is I think... but still, that takes some serious skill.
ОтветитьI landed at Stansted sideways looking straight up the runway as we landed .
ОтветитьRIP Cebu Pacific A330-300 Nickname Big Juan.
Ответить"iS hE gOnNa gO aRoUnD, iS hE's gOnNa gO aRoUnNnDd" dude stfu, he know what's he doing. He's not gae like you
ОтветитьThe lateral torque on the landing gear must've been quite high. Surprised the rubber stayed on.
ОтветитьWell, that was sensational! The A380 crab landing, of course. 😅😅😅
ОтветитьTo put that crosswind landing into perspective. When he kicked the rudder, the passengers in the back of that airplane traveled 50-100 feet laterally in the span of about 2 seconds lol
ОтветитьI am going to put this channel out of business..
I am launching '3 minutes and 1 second of Aviation'..
Not everyone can say they drifted a goddamn A380!
ОтветитьCrabbed that beast like a boss
ОтветитьThe inventor of VTOL is amazed
ОтветитьGood night dear friends
ОтветитьHow good was that first one….wow that wheel
ОтветитьAlways bizarre to see a plane flying sideways. Weirder to see it land that way.
ОтветитьDelta almost repeated the history💀💀💀💀
Ответитьbeing in the back when he had to whip the tail back to centerline after landing would have been quite the ride lol
ОтветитьThat first landing, the 380. It’s hard to know where to begin about how shabby that landing was!
ОтветитьThat was me on my solo
Had no idea about cross winds
Went round and round for about an hour, until almost out of gas, I was scared because the plane would go sideways and I thought it would roll.
At the end I had no choice, thanks God nothing happened
Remember my knees shaking so bad, and still had to go through the solo ceremony, all the kicking and used oil shower, but only a couple kicks got me,run away from the oil and the rest of my friends, jumped on my car that I had parked right out side the door for the special occasion
If seeing an A380 get tossed around like a paper airplane don't get across how powerful mother nature is ...nothing will...for me it also shows just how much Flight relies on a smooth flow of air and how Lift pretty much negates much of the massive weight of these Magic Machines...I'll never stop asking myself how flight is even possible at any speed or considerable weight but we've made machines that can get over 700 tons in the air and moving at over 500mph..its one a very few technologies we have that make me question over and over how is it possible..got me even thinking of the matrix like maybe its cuz we're in a computer world and whoever made it allows these Massive Marvels to do what they do..or maybe like Neo and those aware can then break the rules of the program and our first step towards that is Flight...man let me stop now cuz i really go on and on
ОтветитьRIP the pants of those on that Etihad A380 😳
Amazing pilot work, it's cool to watch the rudder movement 👍
Etihad airways, 🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьThe A380 pilot is a LEGEND, however a go around would have been more prudent…
ОтветитьI had read that the A380 was actually built without a rudder at all, just the vertical stab. Or the Hydraulic power to the rudder is disabled on final. Or there is a rudder, but there are no rudder pedals. Or there are pedals, but the pilots are not allowed to use them. Or, the pedals aren't actually attached to anything. They're faux-pedals. Or they only hire double amputees to fly them. Or something like that. This video confirms it because the rudder didn't move. Well, it moved but it moved WAY TOO LATE. Either way, that was an ugly landing.
ОтветитьWatch the stab fin working. Can imagine the horsepower being poured into controlling that mammoth fin. Throws that plane around no problem.
ОтветитьThat’s where they earn there money wow skill 😊😊😊
ОтветитьGET THAT MF SIDEWAYS YESSIRR
ОтветитьDelta didn't bounce hard - throttles weren't at idle during touchdown so the spoilers didn't deploy. Just sort of skipped.
ОтветитьCrabbing...Great pilot skills.
ОтветитьI am canceling my flight today, there is no hurry.
ОтветитьImagine waking up moments before landing to see not only center line but the whole terminal on the left side
ОтветитьThat A380 pilot made a perfect crosswind landing.
ОтветитьA380 had a calling for initial d, takumi’s proud of you.
ОтветитьOutstanding
ОтветитьThat isn't what I would call the best crab landing I have seen. The pilot really whipped around the passengers in the back. The idea is you are supposed to straighten out right before you touchdown. However, it was obviously a decent landing and both the plane and passengers were unscathed which is what really matters.
ОтветитьTokyo drift starts playing
ОтветитьHats off and Roses to the Pilots for Controlling a Huge Aircraft in an Intense Crosswind !! 🙏🏽
ОтветитьBalls of Steel
ОтветитьThe Pilot : 🗿
ОтветитьA380 pilot
ОтветитьOutstanding pilot !!! Skills are good
ОтветитьHow can such a huge thing just float on the air like that Is beyond me
ОтветитьBro that pilot is more than a pro
ОтветитьNice compilation.... ❤
ОтветитьHappened to me flying into TF Green RI @ from Philly at night a few years ago, ahead of a nasty thunder storm I've flown countless times 1st flight almost got motion sick. Watching the runway lights approaching out of the window strange sight pilot had to make 1 go around, so we got a rerun of the runway light show. Everyone on my side of the plane was glued to the windows, except the lady in front of me had her had down kept sobbing we're going to die, I think the 6 drinks she had before boarding the plane didn't help LOL.
ОтветитьA lot of optical effect + zoom....
ОтветитьGood old FRED making the list. We had a C5 land at our location, against ATC's advice, and overshoot the landing due to partial runway closures. 12 brake fires and 14 blown tires later that groundhog got out of there. The pilot on the other hand got to leave as a passenger.
ОтветитьThe A380 pilot has do a PERFECT JOB, cross the plane all necessary, down the rear wheels to the runway, brakes straighten the course, and then low the nose when the plane is parallel, then, the front wheels guides the plane straight.
ОтветитьA380 pilots. Skill level= God.
