ОтветитьI tried these and they didn't cook evenly and had a big hole on the underside. Can't use them for a bun but will try for an open face sandwich. Any ideas what went wrong, maybe a lower setting on the microwave?

ОтветитьOk so I just made this and it was so delicious and easy! The way I made mine was instead of 3 tbsp of almond flour. I added 1 tbsp of oat flour, 1 tbsp of chickpea flour, and 1tbsp of coconut flour, along with herbs and spices like salt, pepper, dried basil leaves, dried parsley, and Italian seasoning. And I cooked it in my sandwich maker, and it turned out so nice and fluffy.

ОтветитьI just made this for the first time and will be making it again! I doubled the recipe and cooked it in my Tupperware Breakfast Maker--the dough divided up perfectly between the cup inserts. They are springy, taste good and are filling! I will add a pinch of salt next time and maybe some spices too!

ОтветитьI don’t have a microwave and electricity is more expensive than gas so I cooked my keto bread, stove-top. 🙂 Thanks for this easy recipe! Now I can have my favorite peanut butter and jelly sandwich low carb version.
ОтветитьI just made this only I used ground up chia seeds, for a zero net carb keto bread! 🥳 it worked beautifully, and tasted just as good as the almond flour ones I made. I just used a small coffee grinder to make a chia seed flour….
