The R6 ii is good but the fact you can’t use the electronic shutter for ball sports is a huge let down. Why have 20/40fps when it’s unusable for sports? Sure the mechanical shutter is great and 12fps is enough but it defeats the purpose. Canon will provide stacked sensors in the future on midrange cameras but they should have just done it now. I’d have been happy to pay a little more and get the faster readout do I could use the ES for field sports. Oh well.
ОтветитьI love it but if we gonna compare it to canon r5 would you still pick the r6 mark 2? am videographer/photographer that want something do the job in both of Videography and photographer side
ОтветитьNaaaah I was a Canon R6 shooter, but I switch to Sony for the 24mp, Codec and lenses. Anyway good video.
ОтветитьIf someone purchased this camera and put it in auto they should have the shit smacked out of them.
ОтветитьI am debating between the canon R2 M2 and the Canon R5C, which would you recommend? I shoot videos more than pictures so it will be used for videos.
ОтветитьCamera experts help me please :) This camera seems perfect I basically know nothing about cameras before seeing this video but i want to be a vlogger/content creator/photographer i want to capture great photos, great videos and i would be doing at times in videos b roll because i think it looks cool would i be right in thinking this camera is great for all those things that i want to do thankfully i am not on a tight budget i have also looked at the canon R50 i was thinking that is also a good option for a first camera i want the best quality i can get basically for photos and videos i also will be learning how to use a camera properly i will be learning how to edit photos and videos soon as well thanks in advance for any help/advice i receive from people here in this comment section
Ответитьhey tech,
does the r6ii still have the ibis wobble issue?
Currently have a Canon M50, thinking of upgrading. Would you say this is a suitable upgrade? Was looking for a Canon camera with both good Photo and Video qualities
ОтветитьI’m glad you said “professionals and creators “. Because not all creators are professional. 😊
ОтветитьDo you think the R6 II is better than the Sony A7r V for photography?
ОтветитьI got this camera, I’m a Sony user. But I don’t understand why the clog3 has a lot of grain… I tried to use clog1 but on the r6 mk2 I’d unavailable… anyone know why?
ОтветитьThe R6 Mark II is easily the most underrated and underreported camera of the past year. For some reason lesser cameras like the S5 II and A7IV seem to get all the attention despite only having cropped 4K60 and crippled high speed modes in HD. Even the Canon ambassadors don't really mention this camera.
Also, it goes toe to toe with the R5 when it comes to photo resolution. I've compared upsampled R6 II files with R5 files and it's very hard to see a difference in most cases. When I use the "Enhance Super Resolution" feature of Adobe Camera Raw, the R6 II files actually are more detailed (100% zoomed in) and can print larger than native R5 files. I've printed 8MP billboard ads before so 24 MP is more than plenty for anything.
Also kudos to you for mentioning keeping ISOs at multiples of 100, 200, 400, 800, etc. This cam works best at these full stops and almost no reviewers out there acknowledge this (applies to photo and video).
I shot as a pro for 18 years with some of Canon's best cameras (owned the 1D Mark III for 12 years) and the R6 II beats them all by a huge margin. I bought the EF/RF adapter and got the Sigma Art 14-24 2.8, 50 1.4, and Canon EF 70-200 2.8 III and this setup is INSANELY powerful. I shoot hockey and the R6 II with the 70-200 III was nearly perfect, blowing away the 1D series cam I used to use with nearly 98% hit rate even with eye AF. The Sigma lenses on the R6 II are way, way, WAY more reliable than when I used them natively on the 5D Mark IV or 1D Mark III (or even the EOS R).
Plus, here in Canada, the Sigma Art lenses have a 5 year warranty vs only 1 year with the Canon RF lenses.
Im holding sony a7r5 ! Should i consider to go for canon r6 mark 2 ?
ОтветитьWonderful video, thank you! I have been a longtime Fuji user and have been looking to make the big switch to the Canon system, starting with the Canon r6 mark ii. Can you assuage any concerns on the sparse lens selection. I've heard people say that with the EF adapter one loses resolution. Is that true across the board? Thanks again!
ОтветитьComing back here again because you helped me out a lot last time. Like I stated previously, I currently have a Nikon D5100 which my family has had for the family camera for a long time now and I decided to try photography. Should I invest in my own/new camera and lens or should I keep the current camera body I have (D5100) and invest in a new lens/better lens? Current lens is a 18-55mm standard kit lens I believe. 16 megapixels current. I just dont know if the current one I have is good
ОтветитьI just need to bite the bullet and make the purchase
ОтветитьI had Canon R6 M2 for 1 month it is amazing but the problem is lenses are expensive so I had to buy some ef lens with the adapter. But still is a amazing camera for sport and more to it!!
ОтветитьHaving 4k 60p with no crop is amazing. I just wish Canon would add 4k DCI recording through a firmware update. I don't think that's too much to ask given what the Panasonic S5 mark II can do for a lower cost. It would be nice to use the R5 and R6 mark II in tandem while both recording in 4k DCI. Great video by the way!
ОтветитьI've had the R6 Mark II for a little over a month. I came from the Canon 90D crop sensor camera. I've barely scratched the surface of learning the features on this camera. The basic adapter is allowing me to use the 90D lenses. The only issue there is that the EF-S lenses lose resolution delivering about 9.375 mp instead of 24 mp. The Sigma 150-600mm and the Canon Nifty 50 produce 24 mp images. I just have to remember to set the crop factor in the menu.
ОтветитьIt's perfect for me. I just wish Canon had some 1.8 primes that were good for video.
ОтветитьCanon EOS R6 Mark II vs Sony A7 mark IV !?
ОтветитьCan u do the setting up of this camera plssss
ОтветитьHello, I'm looking for a Canon camera for starting photography,
Can you guys recommend me a Canon camera for a beginner, please
Oh yes! I knew it. R6 Mark II is the perfect camera for me
ОтветитьHello, I really love photography but just don't know where to start. I had an older Nikon D5100 with some lens on it (it says 18-55mm on it), should I just stick to that or should I get something else? I really dont know much about photography but I want to get real good at it. What are the steps? I understand Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO, but that is pretty much it lol. I need a stepping stool to the next level
ОтветитьHello sir , can i ask is the canon 250d worth buying in 2023 for majorty for photography and a little bit for video shooting , and can u suggest any cameras in the same price range or better cameras to buy in 2023 rather than 250d ? Thx❤
ОтветитьWhat camera do you think is better the Nikon z5 or z30??
ОтветитьIs ok to buy a used or renewed camera?
ОтветитьGreat content if you had to choose a camera today would you choose the fx3 or the canon r6 mark ii
ОтветитьI moved from 5D M3 to R6 M2 last week and I am pretty happy about it. This is an incredible camera!
ОтветитьBeen looking to upgrade from my EF-M cameras for a minute; I feel you may have just sold me on this one!
ОтветитьWhat is the lens that you used on it
ОтветитьA great all around camera.
ОтветитьNo Tamron 35-150 F2-2.8 for Canon.
