Very informative 💙🙏🏽
ОтветитьGood video sir. Shamefully I’m one of the people who moved to BKK with savings only, and my lifestyle far outpaced my savings. Went home with my tail between my legs after 6 months or so. Mistakes made as a younger man, wish I had watched your video first!
ОтветитьI have a saying about Thailand, from a western point of view "its so cheap its expensive." this means you overindulge way beyond your means, if you have no cash flow and you dont budget then money will drain extremely fast. If you are going to try and live in Thailand with no income stream, try and get on a work visa and work in Thailand, that way you are not solely eating into savings.
ОтветитьThank you for information because I am seriously considering coming.
ОтветитьDo you know Antoinette Yvonne? 😊
ОтветитьRegardless of where you live keeping money in a savings account is like losing money as it does not grow with the pace of inflation. I have lived here almost 2 years and I don't work. I live in a beautiful condo with a river view overlooking the city. My expenses are less than
$ 1500 ($17,500 ) year. I would not advise anyone to have a budget less that $1200. As an American we are simply not able to do that. As we are not used to not having basic comforts
CAAH FLOW and NOT JUST A SAVINGS....THE MOST UNDERRATED ADVICEE bruh this is the sole reason exactly I moved to Pattaya 3 months ago and planning for a while , but didn't want to leave until my remote work was steady
ОтветитьBut what if apocalypse is real. Do you really care about you gonna survive or you just want to die in the best matter possible.
ОтветитьIt's important to have an emergency ( untouchable/final scenario) credit card (or two/three of them if possible, all hidden in different places) for your ticket back. With a PIN code so you can get cash at an ATM on your way back, too.
Just keep it active by charging small amounts on it, even online. Like a phone top up every 4 months or so.
Have an address/mail box/mail drop back home like at a UPS store, as well.
I was scammed in Thailand and left without any income/money.
Having an active credit card saved my life. I charged my ticket and got back home.
Some guys who lose their money in Thailand commit suicide. No money to get back, and no money to renew the visa. You will end up in jail once
you overstay.
So, they kill themselves.
Sad.
Most of us who moved to Thailand were in the ESL market not trying to start a business or a you tube channel. Many of us have been around and know the tricks these girls will play on you as well. Most of my friends I met while teaching in schools or going to music events. Get involved in a group network don't just hang out at the bars you'll meet shady characters. Don't move to Pattaya move somewhere else where foreigners don't usually go. If you are retired take Thai lessons learn the language. Don't become another broke drunk sex pat that spends all his money on hookers and beer.
ОтветитьSomebody send this video to DJ Cuda 🤣😂😅
ОтветитьHow do you stay in Thailand? Do you have dual citizenship? Or do you just leave and renew your Visa every 30-90 days? I'm new to this.Just trying to figure out how it works.
ОтветитьI want you hear what you are saying but you have that horrible electronic noise in the background. Please leave it out of your future videos !!
ОтветитьThose bikes are frightening
ОтветитьSingle guy without kids with stable passive income > the amount needed to live in BANGKOK: $4000+ US Dollars minimum per month. Once you get a regular girlfriend and make her pregnant, the bill automatically increases to $6000+ US Dollars per month!
ОтветитьYour main expenses moving to THAILAND as a retired single guy with passive income + investment portfolio + savings are VISA, medical insurance, rent, food, travel, STD protection, communication, mail delivery, clothing, gym, hygienic care, entertainment, and women!
ОтветитьI dont think ppl realize or think about how many moped accidents occur ...i knew sumone who had to get half their skull removed from a hit n run moped accident and she had a helmet
ОтветитьAt any age, unless you have like $500k and <10 years to live, you should be thinking of some way to make some form of income. All these older guys on 'pensions' living in in Asia should be a little prepared for US dollar collapsing or something similar.
ОтветитьPeople end up believing what they hear most often. Vloggers get more views from positive video's.
ОтветитьI love the country Thailand, love the people, & the peace they live. However, men who live for the tail usually die along/struggle during their senior years. Lack of wisdom has its consequences.
ОтветитьSo glad to see your advertising wise, we talked about this earlier. Blessings
ОтветитьThis sounds like playing the penny slots at the casino,
ОтветитьDon t talk to thaiwomen and you will save tons of money never play long game with them or blabla relationship
ОтветитьPeople move to Thailand with 2/5 grand and think there gonna start a fresh life lol u need at least two properties in the us or uk on rent then u can go
ОтветитьPlease get a microphone
Ответитьisiasah lam new to your Channel love what you are doing l would love to Move There lam so Over living in the States ❤ my Rent goes up Every Year Iam so Done.
ОтветитьI'm on my third extended living experience in Thailand. I love it here and have figured out how to live here in a more affordable way than in the U.S. Thanks for the good videos. Would love to meet you sometime if you're ever game while I'm here. Cheers!
ОтветитьThere's no mathematical way to not spend at least $3k/month in Thailand unless you're celibate, or you're sitting alone in your room all night every night jacking it to porn.
ОтветитьI've been living overseas for 4yrs years, and what you think it will cost will almost always cost more. Rarely if ever I've seen it cost less. Make a budget and stick to it. Track your spending daily. And If you are going to go broke, best believe there is going to be a girl involved.
ОтветитьIt takes years of planning and saving to retire in thailand. Alot dont even have a decent amount of money to survive for 25 years and thats a large sum of money. So their going back home before they think.
ОтветитьAnother SOLID video
ОтветитьI've been living here a while and from my experience anything less than $400 you'll be living in a box. Bed, kitchen, and living room with no wall seperation. Spending at least $450 will get you a decent sized place that is not a studio. Overindulgence in women, drinking, drugs and gambling is why foreigners go broke. If you live a normal life and go out once or twice a week you can live on $2k a month comfortably, I wouldn't try it with anything less.
ОтветитьI’m still coming with $5
ОтветитьYou're so right bro. I was dmn near addicted to those massage spots. 😮💨
300 baht, 400 baht, maybe even a 1500 baht or two 😉 adds up...
Many people are unaware of how to live in Thailand. They desire a high quality of life that is inexpensive, but that requires financial investment. It is possible to live in Thailand on a limited budget by embracing a slower, simpler lifestyle with fewer material possessions.
ОтветитьDo you do coaching? How can I reach out to you?
ОтветитьNo matter where you are this will happen
ОтветитьThe most expensive place to live is Africa. Some of the countries there are crazy pricey.
ОтветитьDamn good video.
ОтветитьBooz and snatch will get you every time.
Ответитьgreat advice thank you
ОтветитьIsiasah I live in Bangkok right now and this video dots most I's and crosses most T's except for dealing with the cost of immigration fees that add up very quickly and will become very expensive over a.short amount of time
People, who want to travel inside of Thailand or just want to visit its neighbors will exhaust lots of financial resources. People may quickly CLICK ON a price ($2,000 or $,3000 baht) but don't even realize how much they are really spending. Another reason Thailand may not be for everyone, is because if you come from a place with a faster pace of life, and you aren't truly ready for a slower pace, Thailand may not be right for people coming from places that are more organized, or consider TIME or arriving on TIME of more importance!
Women and Booze/hard drugs... eating Western food more often than not... getting a 20,000 baht condo instead of a 7-10,000 baht condo
ОтветитьAs long as there're Thai women in Thailand, foreigners will always go broke.
ОтветитьIf u have a few million in savings. Making 4 to 5 percent. That’s cash flow too
ОтветитьGreat video bro, but your audio awareness needs a bit of work, lol
ОтветитьDont buy a house dont get a girlfriend only go out twice a week..rent a girl once a week..then you can live cheap
Ответить
