Good one, just the solution I was looking for.
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьRobertson fasteners are the way to go!!
ОтветитьPut that on a square adaptor and it will keep bolts in the socket.
ОтветитьEVERYONE PLEASE REMEMBER to put it on from the back of the bit. If you have a phillips head it might break the bit!!! If the bits your using might break then your money would be better spent on better bits.
ОтветитьIf you don't like Makita, Vessel makes these in Red. Same thing.
ОтветитьStainless steal in grade 409 is magnetic sir... 304 is not... magnets will stick to SOME stainless grades..
ОтветитьThis is a must have for me.
ОтветитьI'd like to have a larger version that fits on ratchet extensions. Be nice to not drop or lose nuts and bolts because you cannot get your hand on or under it as it comes completely loose.
ОтветитьSo now you've got a shop full of magnetised bits? 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьYou don't also have brass screws in the U.S.?
ОтветитьFinally something that I can really use. Thanks.
ОтветитьWow! Holy smoke, Batman! :)
Ответитьdewalt put out something similar with their bit sets
ОтветитьWell, I 🙋🏻♂️ have larger size screwdrivers than in 🫵🏻r demonstration, so are there more sizes⁉️ for different thicknesses of screwdrivers ❓❓❓❓❓❓❓ 3.8.2024 🇺🇸
ОтветитьI have the bigger version of this. The magnetic hold is amazing but hides the tip of the bit a bit <--Bit a Bit ? lol.. Will look for this one looks like I'd like it.Thanks
ОтветитьI have tried all different brands of these similar items and IMO Makita has the strongest holding power of magnets there is .
ОтветитьSome stainless is magnetic, some not. And if you are driving stainless deck screws, the last thing you want to use is the impact driver.
ОтветитьNot sold in the UK so £34 ($44) is the cheapest Amazon price, then £49 ($62) or $8 and $60 delivery, doh!
ОтветитьTractor supply sells them. They aren't new, I've been using them for years.
ОтветитьCraftsman has been doing this for years , they even included it with screw driver kits . you would just rub it on your driver or bits a few times and boom its magnetized for a few uses ....
ОтветитьYou have reviewed the Makita Mag Boost and the Milwaukee Mag Boost. Which one do you like better and recommend over the other?
Ответить"I always put the back in first because I know it's going to fit and then I just Buoop pop it down in then I can adjust it that way but the screw is going to hold on real tight like' "..the only reason I like doing it from the backside like that....sometimes the tip is a little bit too tight.....you're going to struggle getting it in so just put it in the back like that....."
ОтветитьI think the Klein is better.
ОтветитьLove Makita. Japs get everything correct.
ОтветитьMilwauk-IA
ОтветитьI have to correct you on something. There are two main stainless steels. One is magnetic and one is not. Usually the surgical stainless is non magnetic. Just so you know that some stainless is magnetic.
ОтветитьI did not realize makita make a new gen i got enough of them adapters
ОтветитьI just magnetize the bits and screw drivers the old fashion free way that I have for years. why buy the gimmicks ?
ОтветитьSold me! Just bought one through your Amazon link. Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьI bought 2 of these and both fail in less than a week
Ответитьjust ordered 2, THANK YOU this will be an absolute life saver with the frustration reduction I always have on car interior panels!
ОтветитьDoes it eork with Milwaukee bits
ОтветитьOn the packaging it shows the black part facing the collet on drill or impact driver
ОтветитьThis is pretty cool, especially since we normally can't choose the fasteners we need to work with. Lots of Phillips garbage out there for sure.
ОтветитьDon't use on server racks or magnetic sensitive areas. They have a fairly strong magnetic field....
ОтветитьWhat's the difference?
This one: Makita E-01345 Impact XPS™ Mag Boost 4.3 Stars 941 Ratings $4.97
Other one: Makita E-03442 Impact Premier Mag Boost 4.5 Stars 407 Ratings $12.99
In Europe this darn thing costs €40!🤨
ОтветитьIts your fault... now all my tools are replaced by makita tools!
ОтветитьOr you can just use a shorter bit
ОтветитьGreat review. Nice of you to put that much time and effort out. Sold me in the first 30 seconds. Thank you!
ОтветитьAny magnet will magnetize a bit and you can stick any magnet onto the bit and leave it there and you have a magnetized bit or just rub it,
ОтветитьSee what happens with stainless steel screws
ОтветитьI bought this exact product and it fell apart after I was impacting a screw. 😞
ОтветитьWhat's wrong with you? Robertson
ОтветитьGot mine 👍
