I'm Italian- its OK to break the spaghetti :) Seriously, my family is not only Italian, but my grandmother's family owned a spaghetti factory in Italy. Your food looks great! I for one just want the asparagus and pineapple

We make potato cakes or shepherd's pie with leftover potatoes. My husband loves shepherd's pie. The noodle dish looks so good...that could be a meal prep for me for the whole week...its so colorful.

See we really need to do another pantry challenge because we have so much food in our freezer that doesn't get eaten. I think we might do that before going on holiday in May! That will help save some money 🤗

My mother was a child of the depression and every Sunday she would make a large meal for a family of six. There was usually a roast and massive amounts of mashed potatoes. We have leftovers from the roast for the next few nights in various forms and she would always take the mashed potatoes and add chopped onion and chives and make her potato pancakes.
