Elizabeth are you "tired" of being Amazing yet?😁....Great vid!👍
ОтветитьLOL "If you can go 365 days, you can call that a 'GoodYear'..." Classic! LOL
ОтветитьOMG she's getting better... "Used to be free to fill up your tires, but then there was inflation..." Love it
ОтветитьNo mention of Firestone tires. My dad HATED them. When he was buying a car he wouldn't buy any car that had Firestone tires unless they changed them.
ОтветитьSome brands which are less known can be a better value. Michelin actually owns BF Goodrich, Uniroyal, and Hankook. Goodyear makes brands like Dunlop, and other brands. Bridgestone owns Firestone. Summitomo sells under Sumic and other names.
Yes, you avoid Chinese made tires, but some value brands are made by the major brands in places like Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, or even at their plants here in the US.
Just like buying a car, you need to do your homework.
Great tips about ratings by Elizabeth.👍🤗
My thoughts and prayers are with Kevin and his family. Get well soon Kevin, we miss you!!!!!
ОтветитьAre Dunlop tyres ok for an old Corolla?
ОтветитьMaybe another category : best bang for your buck
ОтветитьContinental Extreme DWS 06 on sale at a national wholesaler.
ОтветитьVery well done ! Great news on Kevin , and reaching this next step . Get some KEVIN . KTA !!
ОтветитьBest warehouse tires BJ’s,Costco and Sam’s Club.
ОтветитьBest All Weather Nokian , Michelin are over priced and lacks snow traction. I run Pirelli Scorpion Verde AS II excellent in snow ,deep ,wet excellent and dry. Continental are also good but get loud after they get to 8 32 or less.
ОтветитьWhat is your recommendation regarding at what AGE tires should be replaced? I have a 2015 Subaru Forester that has less than 30K miles (for various Pandemic and other reasons). This makes the tires at least 6 years old. The tread is still good but I’m worried that the rubber in the tires might be aging out. Suggestions?
ОтветитьWhat about Pirelli? I think they are terrible but they were not mention. BMW places these on their cars.
ОтветитьThanks for the update
ОтветитьGreat video as always. If you are looking for tires then do yourself a favor by flying under the radar with all of these tires. Take look at the Japanese tires Sumitoma. I have used them on 2 cars and love them. Quiet, comfortable, and long lasting….oh and great price!!
ОтветитьCan you do an episode on your thoughts on the benefits and pitfalls of buying a car that was a previous rental and if you think it's a smart move or not? (and who is the best or worst rental chain to buy from)
Ответитьi’ve always had my best tires on the steer axle.
ОтветитьPerfect timing as I need new tires for my truck! Since the Homework team has convinced me to do my homework and I decided not to buy a new truck this year (pay 5,000.00 in dealer premium? No way) I am putting new shoes on my horse! Thank you Elizabeth and get well quickly Kevin!
ОтветитьNot that Elizabeth does but what kind of race car does she drive? Rally? Drag? Indi? F1? FV? Off Road?
ОтветитьGood information, thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьGreat Info. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьHow about off road tires that are good/quiet on road for weekend warriors who daily drive our offroaders?
ОтветитьWhat about Ling Long tires. 39 dollars each? Lol
ОтветитьTire Rack has a lot of good info on tires too: summer, performance, winter, all season.
ОтветитьFirst time checking this channel out. Older sister told me too. Anyhow..
Interesting as we need to buy tires again.
Both times before Toyo. I’m surprised they weren’t even in top five. We drive a Tundra.
Can you put nobby snow tires on a front wheel drive car and if not what kind of snow tires can you put on a front wheel drive car
ОтветитьI personally use Yokohama and Kumho and have been happy with those.
Has anyone got back to yall about Walmart selling that private label Goodyear (Viva I think)
Uniroyal Tires are made by Michelin Corp; can you please include an evaluation of Uniroyal Tires in your next reaction? Thanks!!!
ОтветитьGreat Job
ОтветитьHankook dyna pro ATM will go 100k easy
ОтветитьThis list is not complete without nankang..
ОтветитьIs anyone having issues purchasing tires at Costco? Looking for 265/70r17, 2 weeks ago went to Costco and the tech told me 4 week delay! Went back yesterday just to check and another guy says my size is not even coming up!
ОтветитьI have no choice but to use run flat on my 2004 Toyota Sienna AWD mini van. I could use "normal" tires but I don't want to carry a spare and that is another thing to buy.
ОтветитьYou can call it a goodyear! Had me cracking up! haha
ОтветитьI'm surprised you don't have KELLY Tires on this list
ОтветитьNice job thank you
ОтветитьContinental is my pick, been using them for over 25 years.
ОтветитьI Currently have Michelins on my 2017 CRV and I expect them to last 60-70000 miles. The tires the car came with were Bridgestones I believe and wore out by 35,000. Not good for a light SUV. I have also had very good luck with Coopers on my trucks.
ОтветитьSeeing good year wing for durability i know this is bunch of bs
ОтветитьGreat show
Ответить2020 Toyota Camry XSE what would you suggest
ОтветитьGreat video. No matter if you drive a beater or a Maserati, your car is only as good as your tires. Those four contact points with the road are the great equalizer.
ОтветитьI can vouch for Michelin & Goodyear. You get what you pay for.
ОтветитьI drive about 4000 miles a year. What is the best tire for me? Almost all of my driving is slow speed city driving in a 2017 Buick Encore.
ОтветитьI have Michelin tires on now and they are great,I also had really good luck with sumitomo htp03 as well on my accord.
ОтветитьI love Toyo tires, also Yokohama and cooper. Have always had great luck with those tires.
ОтветитьI usually get General brand tires. They wear well, are decently priced, have a durable sidewall, and are very resistant to tire rot.
ОтветитьNotice how all these videos lump "Cheap Chinese Tires" together as the worst. I still have yet to hear SPECIFIC evidence of all the horrible accidents they are supposedly responsible for. People need to justify the money they spend on more expensive tires, so they crap on Chinese tires. I put Westlakes on my 2000 Elantra and was very pleased. No issues. And all you see are 5-star reviews. I am convinced that this is biased propaganda and that the Chinese tires are actually the best-kept secret.
