Optimizing the California Vintage Panniers Positions and Mounting Southco E6-10-430-50 Hinges

After the panniers came back from the paintshop where some scratches were fixed and an additional layer of clear coat was applied, I decided to optimize the panniers positions to avoid further damage caused by vibrations. On early Vintages the pannier rack is too tight.
The hinges on the panniers of the earlier California Vintage were crap. Southco E6-10-430-50 hinges with constant friction work much better.
