You can earn 20 essences from quests and sharing (10 each) and from each u can choose between a total of 10 of one essence (part 1 or 2) or 800 inspiration for the quest or sharing rewards
There is also a shop package u can get for 288 echoes, which u can choose from 5 of 1 essence or 400 inspiration up to 6 times per account
