What I like about Marco is he understands and actually provides constructive feedback. He doesn’t need to put down the learning chef because he’s been there, because like any professional they had to start somewhere, I love that he also tells them what did they do wrong and asks them why they could do better next time. He tells them not to give up and keep practicing, sure you have to be hard especially when it comes to cooking someone’s food but there no point in belittling people like Joe dose.

What pisses me off about him is that he’s so pompous and petty. Like he throws a whole dish away in front of the chefs that made it and for what, what dose that accomplish, how dose that help them to do and be better. Also he overreacts so much, like he’s throwing a tantrum. I don’t think he’s professional at all
