One Piece - Dadan angry on Ace death.. Beats Garp !!!

I think what makes her even more upset was that she went to save ace when the very ground around them was literally burning and she’s nowhere as near strong as Garp while Garp, basically being home let Ace die right in front of his eyes and not doing anything about it.

The thousand yard stare Garp makes after Dadan says Luffy’s name. Luffy might be his biggest challenge yet if they ever meet.

Very few scenes made me cry in One Piece and this scene was the one that made me cry the most

Dadan may be a crimunal but she never left her family over a job

All I see is a grandmother beating the grand father for letting him let one of their Grandchildren die.

Dadan is like the mother of Ace and Luffy while Makino is like their elder sister.

Garp couldve gone all out & fully betrayed the Navy & ensured Ace's escape & in exchange get executed in Ace's place.
But he didnt & ACE DIED!
Congrats, you get to keep your job.

At end of the day, Garp chose not to go all out & thats all there is to it.

Garp is selfish, Garp put his sense of Justice on a pedestal & left Ace to die.

& Then even had the nerve to shed his crocodile tears & get angry at Akainu thinking that might help him bury his guilt a little but nooo
Its right there & the guilt is as huge as a mountain & its going to fall over & kill you ONE DAY!

Karma is gonna catch upto Garp one day & He's NOT going to die of "old age". My Prediction!

Dandan raised Ace,Luffy And she is very heart broken that the kid she raised died in the eyes who was actually responsible for ace safety

Dadan looks like a mountain bandit version of sara jay

Why do people want to spoil the manga so much? One piece readers are the biggest losers of all time.

I imagine Garp fighting against the world government in the final war, but then getting killed by a Gorosei or Imu himself. That will be when Luffy reaches his real peak. (In my mind)

This part made me emotional, I actually loved this little mini arc so much. She was always complaining about them but grew attached to them over time. She is basically their mother.

Just saw the English version wasn’t that great the Japanese version is so much more emotional

Garp would have let her keep hitting him without lifting a finger to stop her until she would have had a heart attack.
