Wayne came from the California Bay Area. He lived in Dublin and had a couple of homes in Dublin and decided to move out of his condo and move into a single-family home which he found right here in Bonney Lake, WA. The home he found would have cost him well over a million in CA. He just needed some space for himself and his son. He and his son did a lot of research over the years and discovered he wanted to be in a suburb of Seattle and Bonney Lake was a good spot. He found David Sturm with Sturm Property Group originally online when he saw him on YouTube and found David Sturm's fun informative and helpful YouTube videos with many insights into what it is really like living in Bonney Lake, WA. That's where he originally saw David Sturm and he knew that my forte was Tehaleh and the surrounding area of Bonney Lake, WA.

So he was just looking for a new home and preferably a single-level home which is what David Sturm helped him find in nearby Falling Water, WA since there are not very many ranch-style homes available in Tehaleh. So he looked around the entire area and it was really kind of a hot market at the time and so he finally decided to buy his dream home! David is the best real estate agent in Bonney Lake and anytime he called or anytime he messaged David he got an immediate response right back. Anytime he needed to show up he was there to be Wayne's eyes and ears when he was still down in the Bay Area.
