Ответитьmade this tonight, only had chicken breast handy, but even with that it turned out beyond delicious! This will be a constant in my rotation of recipes now. I also made an eggplant side dish and we rubbed the crostini with little tomato halves just before eating, also had a ricotta/parmesan/toasted pine nuts/basil side thing. Whole family loved it, I wish I'd have made double, wonderful recipe!

This is an Italian American dish with a random italian name.
I could not find any combination in Italian of Tuscany and chicken.

ОтветитьLooks so good better than the American version that is laden with cream and has lost the authentic taste of Tuscany. I visited Lucca Tuscany I loved it the town is so lovely and historic the people were so nice would love to visit again and find that cute coffee shop we found by accident run by an sweet older gentleman it had a tight round staircase that led to the ceiling purely decorative. I imagine maybe at one point it led to the living quarters of the shop and it was closed off to the public with a lower ceiling
