Sliiiiiiding into the weekend with this splits stretch!! I know a lot of you guys have been requesting this one so I hope you enjoy!! Remember...flexibility takes a lot of time, patience, and consistency! Splits won't come overnight. But if you practice daily, you'll see progress in no time! ❤️

ОтветитьI am now between 8 and 10 inches off the floor on doing the final split. This is an improvement on when I started. I just need my hamstrings to stretch out that wee bit more to reach my goal!

ОтветитьThis is paaaaaainful, I just started this yesterday and I’m in pain, god. I wasn’t born flexible so this is hard for me, I’m 13 and trying to become more flexible because I want to start doing martial arts so my first goal to be more flexible so I won’t end up hurting myself

ОтветитьIf I could just get the forward let as straight as the back leg I'd be able to do these splits! However, I do think it has helped with flexibility as there are things there that I couldn't do before, such as walk your hands forward as far as you can. That I can now do!

ОтветитьIt's best to stretch every other day day or every 3rd day. This prevents injury or tear.

ОтветитьI'm still having problems with the hamstrings on the back of my upper thighs. I'm sure if they were more flexible, I'd be able to get my splits.
ОтветитьYou said it would take time to get the front splits and you are right about that. I keep trying but I'll give myself 28 months rather than 28 days. If I achieve this; you'll be the first to know!

ОтветитьI think I just need to keep working on the hamstrings because that's where the final stretch problem is. I wish they would just slide down into place!

ОтветитьAt the moment I'm stuck at the same level that I'm at for a while now; at least 10 inches between me and the mat; rather than completely down.
ОтветитьI have looked at other splits routines and yours is definitely the best. You give verbal instructions and encouragement all the time, which makes a big difference to motivation!
ОтветитьI've come to realise that it will take more than 28 days to achieve the splits. I have about a 10 inch gap between me and the mat. It will probably take me 28 months to do it but I have noticed the difference with stretching!

ОтветитьI think I've improved on certain things, e.g. the first part where you keep your body as close to the leg in front as possible while walking your fingers out. That I couldn't do a couple of months ago.

ОтветитьIf I eventually manage to do the splits, I'll send you a photograph to prove it. I practice this at least four times a week, which is the most that I can do at the moment.
ОтветитьI wish that I could measure the distance of how far I've managed to get down. I'd use it as a gauge for doing better next time!

ОтветитьI try to do this in different places when possible, so that I don't leave it for days without a daily attempt. I'm trying to be consistent.
ОтветитьReally good video! I'm glad you kept reminding us to drop that hip to the floor when stretching. Our bodies get lazy so I constantly needed that reminder!
ОтветитьI almost died but this was a good stretch. I know I’m out of shape when stretched have me huffing and puffing when I’m only 17 😭 I’m gonna try to be consistent with this, last time I did a split, I was 7

ОтветитьMy knees and the part of my leg where it meets the hips (so I guess hip flexor) hurts so bad. I have been doing routines from your chanel for the past few days, and my hip flexors make these crunch sounds and hurts so bad. I don't know what ive been doing wrong. I am doing the exact same positions that you do. My knees and hips hurt so much I can barely walk. Can you please tell me what should I do?

ОтветитьI am verry stiff in my legs, but eventuely i want to be able to do the splits. So my feedback is to put more alternatives for stretching that are a bit more realistic for the more stiffer people. And maybe it’ll thake half a year before I get my splits. But I don’t want to give up, because I only live once
