ОтветитьFor me the hardest part is knowing which resistance to have at every moment. I'm using a planet fitness bike which goes from 0 to 30 levels, and it really gets tricky. The grip is also so much different... (sad face)

ОтветитьI am due to give birth in 3 days and have been doing this spin throughout my pregnancy 2-3 times a a week (on the bg of being a keen cyclist pre pregnancy). Somehow it has remained engaging and is both challenging and adaptive if you need a easier session/pull back during the session. Love the newer videos too but miss the graph at the bottom to track mentally whats to come!
