But not quite there…the speaker goes on about struggles and financial difficulties but never mentions once how they overcame all this to be hustling and bustling and breaking even in 8months

Earlier I was asking myself why I couldn't seem to wrap my head around the struggles of opening up a restaurant. Everyone around me was saying that it'll be difficult but I couldnt really fathom how difficult is difficult. But this is such an eye opener. Thank you, I needed to hear this today.

Achieving your dream is one of the hardest things in the world.

Honestly, a Cook, manager, and a server can run a 50 to 70 guest by themselves.
