Surviving With Botania 1.16 :: E04 - Infinite Mana Generating Tree Farm

Idk why but Open Crate just drops All items stored even wothout redstone signal every 0.5s per item. I did like in the video but all items just drop

i dont know if i did sokething wrong or if im just in an updated patch but my munchdew doesnt eat the leaves as fast or even at a modderate pace

holy hell the resources needed is so mutch but its worth
Edit:if the log doesnt make break you need to bind the force relay block to the dirt block

I did this farm but I had an oak log in the dirt block every time and i had to break it so a new sapling could grow. Can anybody help?

This dose not work anymore at all

For some reason, the pressure plate that the charcoal falls on is staying (turned on) and constantly sending a redstone signal under the furnace and hopper. Not allowing any charcoal to pass through the open crate, putting the whole system to a hault.. Everything was working fine when i first built it and every other open crate/pressure plate system i have is working fine. Have you experienced this "bug" and how do i fix it?

Great tutorial and it does work, but its incredibly slow and inefficient in the current version of MC and Botania. 6 Endoflames on a charcoal open crate produce more mana faster than this setup does.

I'm having issues where an oak log stays on the dirt (like its not getting chopped down) preventing a new sapling from being planted. I also have a mod that when you cut the tree down, the leaves automatically disappear, but i can't imagine that is the reason. Thoughts?

mine doesent break the first block (stump) of the tree :(

Does anyone know if this farm works if you have a fast decay mod installed?

heya! 1st, I love your YT mod Minecraft tutorials. Been watching them for years. I've just picked up MC again recently. I notice in your Botania tree farm you're down to 1 sapling instead of bouncing through 2. Is there a distance limit on bore warp shot now? Thx!

My saplings seem to grow slow and I'd love to add more tress to step everything up.

Nice tutorial, I took the furnace away and replaced it with a chest. Cuz i need the wood xD. Im playing in regrowth and this tutorial helped me a lot

Update the redstone repeater system does not work in the latest version to detect the tree growing so personally to fix this problem I set up a timer sending out a redstone signal every 1000 tics to the force relay, while not as fast it still makes the machine work.

Thank you very much, high quality video. I had some issues with the pulse spreader. If anyone is having issues with the redstone signal not activating the pulse spreader, here's what to do. Make another repeater, face it towards the pulse spreader like how the original repeater is facing the dirt block. Lead the redstone from the otherside of the sapling dirt block to the end of the repeater that the redstone torch is on on the original repeater. Hope this helps! :D

I'm running into a weird issue with this in 1.19.2. I swear it was fully working when I first set it up, but now the wooden pressure plate for the saplings is acting up. After the hopperhock or the rannuncarpus grabs the sapling entity, the wooden pressure plate stays activated. It's like there's a "ghost" duplicate of the entity still on the plate. I'm pretty sure this is just a glitch in minecraft, because it occurs when I just pick up the sapling too. Kinda frustrating since it doesn't run on its own anymore.

can someone send me the list of items thats in the chest? some of them I dont recognise like the red speckled root next to the mushroom, and some of the woods look really similar

im having touble when my tree spawns. the wood blocks under the range of the force relay arent being destroyed stopping another sapling from being planted. any idea why?

My trees are growing way too slow. I have added 2 more floating agricarnations, but its still way too slow. Does anyone have the same problem?

Seeing how oak rarely seems to place all of the "log" blocks in just a strait line how does one remove the logs that spawn off the center of that pillar thus allowing the leaves to despawn? i dont think i borked the system but maybe i did XD

for anyone thats wondering why their open crate is dumping all the saplings onto the pressure plate at once: add another redstone dust behind the redstone dust thats next to (on the same level as) the hopper so it becomes a line of 2 redstone dust pointed towards the hopper and it should work

For some reason the agricarnations aren’t making the tree grow very fast and it takes a long time to get a tree up. I even added four more and it’s still slow. They have sufficient mana and are bound to the right pool. Someone please help me

This isnt a tree farm, this is just a mana farm, since you dont store wood for the player to use.

How come my crate keeps dumping the sampling constantly? It doesnt drop one by one.

For the hopperhock instead of putting an item frame for everything. You could just set it for items that aren't in frames couldn't you?

Great tutorial series! This functions in All The Magic modpack, but very slowly. Not sure if they have trees configured differently somehow but even with 8 Agricarnations the sapling rarely grows before 2 minutes. But definitely easy passive mana regen.
