u missed the part where you solder the tabs simultaneously.
ОтветитьLooks easy, but you'll die doing it yourself the first time
Ответитьi wanna try this can u add links so I can buy everything please
ОтветитьThank you very much that was very helpful and exactly what I needed to find out now i know how to properly
Do it
You have the same tweezers as me 😄
ОтветитьI Just paid for a gk61 and I broke the U.S.b Connector but I have no1 who can micro solder around me, Will this technique work, I don’t want to waste even more money
Ответитьwhere did you purchase the usb port?
Ответитьwhere can i buy the type c ports?
ОтветитьYou make it look effortless 🥺
Ответитьcan u provide a link to where you got the usb c ports, i need a replacement for my keyboard and i cant find the right one, this one looks identical.
Ответитьnice job, just cut your nails next time
Ответитьsweet!
ОтветитьSolder with low enough melting point and good enough flux.
ОтветитьGreat video, my issue however is understanding which usb c port I need for my particular keyboard. From what I understood is there a ton of different types of usb type boards with different pin configurations. Is there a way of safely knowing which configuration type c port i exactly need?
ОтветитьBruh
ОтветитьCould you make your soldering even louder?
ОтветитьClean
Ответитьjust use flux paste + air gun
ОтветитьThis was surprisingly helpful. :)
ОтветитьToo many jump cuts. Is it the key why it looks so easy? ;-) Is in between them used proper hot air soldering station?
If I would fake it - I would do it in such way - with extensive use of jump cuts.
And four solder joints in the beginning appear "instantaneously" - coincidence? ;-)
Not really useful advise , usually ones needs to remove it from tightly assembled motherboard…..
Ответитьi have the same problem but im broke so now what. i dont think my dad has a soldering iron..
ОтветитьWhat is the yellow stuff you added before soldering
ОтветитьAaarrggg!! For the past hour I've been trying to connect a USB C port and I've made a mess! I remove it with a hot air gun, I'm taking a break, then I'm going to clean up my mess, and then prepare and try again.
Ответитьhi, whats that yellow thing that you put on the metal parts? and is that water on the cotton bud that you put after soldering them or what liquid is that? thank you, hope you answer
ОтветитьPlease show how to solder USB type C with 2 row pins. :)
ОтветитьThis video helped me a lot! I'm really grateful
Ответитьwhere do I buy the replacement usb c ports?
ОтветитьThank you haven't done this type of work in years and totally forgot 😅
ОтветитьIf I wanted to watch somebody silently do their soldering, I wouldn't have come here. Perhaps some explanation of what you're doing, what materials you're using... why... might be of use. Without them, this is just us watching someone solder.
ОтветитьWhat if I made mistake and the solder doesn't look good, do I need a hot air rework Station or can I melt the ugly solder on the pcb and suck it using pump and redo the whole thing again? And I also think I cover too much area using flux and between the flux on pcb and the solder hit on it too long so it doesn't really gel together.... How do I fix this?
ОтветитьNot sure if youd know this, but got an older GMMK that pooped out. i think its the usb mini connection. and i was thinking of repairing it and converting it to usb c but i dont know if id need to anything extra. like power converter or anything. new to soldering boards
Ответитьthis is a ver6y useful guide and a very nice asmr! thank you!
Ответитьwhat do you use for cleaning the flux?
ОтветитьNice work, with such a cheap iron 👌
ОтветитьIf the solder wire contains flux, do I still need to use the paste flux?
Ответитьlink for the type c conector?
ОтветитьMake it look easier than it is
ОтветитьEven with the flux my solder clumps up across the contacts
Ответитьwow super easy, have done it in 1 min
ОтветитьSo neat, clean, and purposeful. I automatically like you. Lol
Ответитьvery clean, great video
ОтветитьCut your damn fingernails, before making a video...
ОтветитьWhere did you buy the type c modules?
ОтветитьIf flux is solid can you still use it for this?
Ответитьwhat degrees c?
ОтветитьWhere can I buy one of these ports I need a new one
ОтветитьQuick question where did u buy the usb c ports?
Ответить
