My shoulder and collarbone popped and I felt an immense amount of pain the pan has lasted over a year now and the doctors my work sent me to said it wasn’t torn and had no idea why I’m in pain? I couldn’t grip anything nor could I hold any weight at all my shoulder swells all the time.

Hello Doc! I now know for sure I have a medial meniscus injury (Left Knee) based on the McMurray test. I argue this because I feel clicks and pain upon testing on the left knee. In addition, I am a soccer athlete, and I think I may have picked up the injury by kicking the ball wrong. My pain scale originally started as a 7 out of 10 (knee). Now, my question is am I able to recovery without getting any surgery on my meniscus? Furthermore, I mean this by resting, icing, and being inactive for a few weeks in the sport. So far, this method has worked, I have been able to subside the pain in my meniscus. Currently, the pain is now 3 out of 10 since the start of the injury. However, it's been almost 2 weeks now and the pain has been able to go away but gradually/slowly. In your opinion, will I be able to fully recover using this resting method? Or is surgery the only way to fixing the pain/discomfort? Thank you, really helpful video !!

I'm dumb because I couldn't do the tests😂 I dislocated my knee right before covid hit. I was doing PT & of course, PT was stopped. My knee hasn't been right since. I'm having pain on the sides and behind my knee now for 2 days. I'm not sure if I should let it go or be seen. It's hard to bend, and when I straighten it out, it feels like it's going to dislocate again

Ten years ago I was squatting like a catcher and all of a sudden, my knee felt hot and swollen. Next couple of weeks were the same.

Today, I squat like a catcher and after about a minute, when I stand up, the inside of my knee hurts and I can’t straighten it until walk it off. After 15 seconds of walking around I’m back to normal. No pain or anything while walking, running or cycling.

My knee feels like... like plantar fasciitis, when you wake up in the morning, and bend your leg and it tears all over again. If I bend my knee too much, it's a sharp pain in the front, lower part of my knee cap. From this video, I am more confused.

I had swelling on upper side me knee for 2-3 days was not able to move or fold leg in avobe 40 deg angle - it took 3 days for swelling to go but after that i can feel my knee like slips there is a little sound in it and i if i go in squat position my knee area get like pain and like can break its been 10 days is it a serious problem ??? Or will it heal if i give more time?

Woke up in bed one morning laying down and i stretched then i heard a pop and it felt weird then swelling and whenever I tried to bend my knee it felt like something was gonna rip off the bone

Welp😊 that solved all of my knee pain questions, I have a sharp pain with clicking and when I’m walking it hurts to pick up off of the ground and bend so I walk with my leg straight… hopefully we will figure out what it is😕
