I just acquired a company and it happened in an already stressful month for my company. I was up at 2-3am every day and almost backed out of the deal.

I’m Glad I didn’t. Deal fatigue is real.

Are you able to share the PE firm name- do they focus on mid market e comm brands exclusively?

I have a very very small wholesale distribution FBA store on the side (I don’t operate it). By small I mean EBITDA May be 300k next year. Not a brand just a store. I can’t imagine for exiting such a small store (not to private equity just a small buyer) it would be that bad or stressful at all?

Would you ever consider doing M&A coaching ever for e-commerce brands looking to exit or for those looking to acquire ?

So far this month, the most valuable vid I watched was Hamza's vid on starting a paid community {and I have already taken massive action on that}. This is now the most valuable vid. First minute was slow, but I was HOOKED after that; and after the 8 minute mark, the video transforms into a masterwork - the perfect blend between information and emotion packed storytelling.
