I had a beautiful meditation with this last night hearing the sound of the waterfalls and streams and then the ocean gently in the background of my deep relaxed Meditation state ahh it was serenity

I have a safe feeling near the ocean I feel is energy, you one also have to respect the ocean it can be very powerful and it can be very gentle I am at one with the ocean and nature

I just had an amazing meditation with this again for over an hour, I usually do 30 to 40 but this made me so at peace and very very relaxed, I had the sun shining through my window while I was meditating , thanks again for this lovely peaceful ocean scene
