great info, but i can only focus on the dutch camera angle haha
Ответитьit seems to me that a lot of fraud, by governments, is happening...
Shouldn't every claim/lien be disclosed BEFORE auction?
and a valid Title abstract/search be included as part of the property description?
seems a Sheriff sale is nothing more than the Municipality collecting "its" claim, and several other government and Bank claims remain to be settled?
this requires the buyer to go in blind even though the "seller" at auction (Sheriff) has access to all records at the County Recorder yet purposely refuses to disclose such records...
Bump! Thanks for taking the time to teach. ❤
ОтветитьJust 😂 man. You be hella entertaining
ОтветитьIf the sign says starting bid at 21,000 do i still need to check 48hours before the foreclosure auction to see if there is a new biding price?
ОтветитьMy tip (I learnt the hard way) is don’t get caught up in bidding too much, bid once or twice maybe then wait till the very end, if it’s still in ur budget then bid last second most ppl by then would’ve been eliminated
ОтветитьThank you for sharing all of the helpful information!
