DNA tests need to be mandatory, at birth, I have a daughter I raised for 13 years and found out she isn't my daughter. I only found out because her mother tried to put me on child support after I had been off for 3 years . The deputy told me that if I had any thoughts, she wasn't mine to request a DNA from the court.
