I BOUGHT A ROLEX AT THE AIRPORT DUTY FREE 2023! #rolex

I dont know but Im amazed on how this experience was very pleasant on both parties. Most of ROLEX stores I visited here in the US the sales people are very intimidating, not engaging and will exhude hostility and make me felt such an inconvenience of their time. There was even one in San Jose Westfield his name is Gilbert and never said a word. Eyes were rolling onto me from head to toe. Judging and waiting for me to get done. I only stayed 5 mins tried 2 watches. His response was just 1 or 2 words. Poor costumer service. Not a very luxury shopping experience. I cant wait to visit non US Rolex stores to get this kind of experience.

The way the sales assistance handling the watch is making me frustrated. I am sure there are a few minor scratches from the way she was handling it. Nonetheless, congrats on a rolex that is un-desirable and easy to be allocated.

They presented the Rolex watch to the customer on a Raymond Weil presentation tray. That’s a faux pas!

These Rolex timepieces are very special. My late Dad had the Rolex Presidental Gold which was gifted to him in the mid 1960's which he then willed to me when he passed away a few years ago. He rarely wore it and wore Seiko watches everyday. I have it stored away in a Bank safety deposit box. I have always bought Seiko watches which I love.
