I bought galaxy a34 5g on 25 th may from reliance digital. Everything on this phn is working fine. But i just want complaint about the camera quality. The camera is good .the sensor is good but the image that processed out after clicking is not good enough in 48 mp mode. The 12 mp mode is even better than the 48 mp mode. I dont know its the camera sensor is bad or not working good or i got a defective one but i think this problem is from the software and hardware integration of the camera. The camera should even perform better in 48 mp mode . The other brands hi res modes are more good than this phone. This is shame from samsung that could not process a good quality phto from this phone. This must be good 48 mp. Also the video quality is getting poor in 1080 ultrastability mode. The processor could not perform enough to produce some good phtos and video. Though the phtos and videos are in 1080 but they are only resolution wise 1080 not quality wise. 1080 video quality getting poor after the latest update. I hope if can samsung should fix all this camera problem and issues after software update. Otherwise people will stop buying low budget samaung mobile.the trust will break. Shame samsung. 32999 rs phone cannot produce a good quality 48 MP phto. And quality videos. My other xiaomi phone which is 16999 rs, my iphone which have 12 mp man! Way more clearer than this 48 MP also have more clearer and quality picture . Shame samsung, Fix this with your upcoming update.

Complaint about mobile service center, Shastri Nagar, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India. 

On 16th August, I visited samsung service center for the repair of my samsung mobile phone. I was accomplished by my father who was not fine that time. One of the employee said me that it will 2.5 hour to check the problem encountered in your mobile. I made a request that I don't have that much time, please check my mobile on priority basis. Any how after talking to their seniors, they said that atleast it will take 1 hour to check the problem. I said them to take 1 hour. After waiting 1 hour, they said me that your mother board need to be replaced and it will take 3-4 days to repair it. They took Rs 2000 in advance for the part. when I returned back home, I received a call from the centre they said me that take your mobile back as it cannot be repaired, we don't have that part in our workshop. 

Now, my question is that what they did for 1 hour, why didn't they checked the availability of the part, why they took Rs 2000 from me. 

It is very easy for them to say that come and take your mobile and refund back. 

This is very casual approach from the service centre of company like Samsung. I live in Akhnoor which is around 32 km from the centre and spend around 4 hours for all this. Well when I talked to them and said that this is very poor service from your side, they said that we will handover your mobile at Akhnoor. Now today they called me and said that there is no one who can handover your mobile to your place, come and pick your mobile soon.

In conclusion, I want to submit that this is a shear torture and poor service from the Samsung service centre, Shastri Nagar Jammu.

Just got my S23+ I'm loving it. The best smartphone I ever got. Thank you Samsung!

Sir, s23 is having regular issue in document scanning, it is giving blurry scanning despite repeated attempts and even after taking other precautions like restart, software update, camera reset etc. etc. pls look into it.

Why is Samsung flagship S serie as time goes by , trying to look more identical to iPhone in terms of design? The same so-called "compact" but obviously nasty-looking small size, curvy edges and shiny aluminum frame. I don't think most people enjoy using roundy designed phones with small display areas. Samsung would better stick to the A73 design model for overall its phones. It's perfectly balanced design model - not that much roundy nor edgy, not too big and small either. 6.7 inches is a perfect size for having a great experience using phones.

Disappointed with Samsung's Decision to Omit Original Charger Adaptor.

I have been a long-time user of Samsung products, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. In an attempt to express my discontent, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the matter.

First and foremost, I must express my disappointment with Samsung's decision to follow Apple's footsteps in excluding the original charger adaptor from their new mobile devices. As a consumer, I believe that every new mobile purchase should include the essential accessories needed for a seamless user experience. The omission of the charger adaptor feels like an unnecessary cost-cutting measure that inconveniences customers and diminishes the value of the product.

What truly aggravates me is that Samsung was once known for its innovation and ability to stand out from the crowd. It had its own loyal customer base that appreciated its unique approach to technology. However, by mimicking Apple's questionable actions, Samsung seems to have lost its individuality and the trust of its consumers. I find it disheartening that Samsung, a company capable of producing exceptional products, has chosen to follow a path that seems to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
