Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant - Little and Large (The Office)

Brilliant! Just brilliant! If I remember correctly this is the "Seedy Boss" pilot? They showed this to the BBC and it's easy to see why it was almost instantly given the green light. Stephen Merchant himself said that if they had just handed BBC a script, The Office probably wouldn't have been made. This style of comedy doesn't work as well on paper.
