How Each Dice is Used for Dungeons and Dragons

Almost the whole time I was thinking to myself: "Please stop using the wrong conjugation for dice. Die is singular, dice is plural." I say almost the whole time, because occasionally you got it right, only to go back to getting it wrong.

d6: if you use this you're a mage (or paladin with smites)

coming from someone who has stepped on a metal d4, it does definitely hurt

Yeah. Tell that to me 39 hp who had to slowly watch as my dm rolled that dice to get two 12's one 11 and a 10. I was on my saving throws within 10 minutes of the first session. I have never forgiven that dice.

I have one die that rolls under 10 about 2/3 of the time. After inspecting it more thoroughly, I found out that it was unevenly shaped. It’s not always superstition. Some dice are just bad.

My go to character is a wood elf assassin rogue so I use the D20 obviously, I use the D4 when I actually use daggers which is rarely D6 for my short sword, longbow, hit points and sneak attack. I think that's about it I might use another one for something but I don't remember what for maybe some sort of artifact. There was one campaign where the players and I got squished into a single square which gave us several potential disadvantages and I got out of it by not moving and then using steady aim and somehow managed to take out the thing.

just bought my first set !...well actually the box came with three because i didn't want to get the one i had in my other hand because i didn't know how many sets were in the box.i almost bought both boxes

Just so you know, "dice" is the plural form of "die." A single die is not called "a dice." It's a little bit pedantic, but it may be worthwhile to use the correct pluralization in future videos, just to avoid some fairly noticeable grammatical errors.
