What is dyssynergic defecation, and what causes it?

this is also a very common thing in patients with ms, myasthenia gravis, neuropathy, or neuromuscular diseases.

I have to use suppositories. It always hurts my stomach more after I poop for a good half hour and always ribbon poop. Used to be a mix of ribbon and pencil and once in a blue moon a regular stool. But now, never normal, Always ribbon. I'm getting a colinoscopy in September, though, and much is due to my ventral hernia.

At 47 years old ive lost the art of pooping . I no longer can poop normal . I went to the doctors and had a COLONOSCOPY and was diagnosed with ibs c . All my life i pooped more then anyone one i knew and now i cant poop at all .
