you are having Kohlapuri food, what is all this "very oily" "very oily" "very oily"??? if you have so much oil phobia, have boiled chicken or better still order chicken stew, oil free. These dishes are made that way and that is the way to eat these food. Indian food is all about balancing you nutrients. You need oil in your body along with the spices to compliment that. These are cuisines designed way before western world knew how to boil food. These are our pride and we should preserve them the way they were, not make it more subtle and bland to suite some ignorant westerner's palate.

Parakh is not good .. I am kolhapuraker ... Other hotel is also good than parakh ...
