黨參35克 Codonopsis 35g
紅棗8粒(20克) Dried red dates 20g
乾龍眼肉15克 Dried longan meat 15g
栗子120克 Chestnuts 120g
杞子20克 Goji berries 20g
乾瑤柱20克 Dried convoy 20g

豬展骨600克 Pork bone 600g
或豬肉500克 or lean pork 500g
