This seems doable for me but I'll do normal pushups and deeper squats. Rest will be the same.

Wow this is a great beginner video. I consider myself a little more experienced but if I’m being honest I had a hard time keeping up. I paused the video a couple of times and took a few extra seconds in between exercises. Great video thanks Jordan.

i didnt see the rest time on the video cause i was doing the exercise and when i looked up he was doing another one 🚶‍♂️ but im not that tired so im proud of myself i did it all at once 😌
