What does the AI vehicle detection do? Does it come with a license plate reader or just count how many vehicles drove by?

Any plans to release an LPR camera? The G4 Pro does great during the day, but we need something that can read license plates at night. I'd really like to stick with the UI family!!!

All of this is really great the problem is to find to buy here in my country (Brazil), majority of products is out of stock. :(

For anyone curious about differences, here's what stands out to me:

- G4 Pro has a better temperature/weather rating of IP67 vs Ai's IP65
- G4 Pro has a max 50fps whereas the Ai is 30fps
- Ai bullet uses almost half the electricity of the G4 Pro at 7.68W
- Ai bullet has a 5MP CMOS sensor. The 5MP may be more optimized for the Ai. More MP require more processing power and there is a point of diminishing returns on MP if the sensor is too small. I assume 8MP is overkill for the 1/2" G4 Pro sensor's capabilities, especially at 50fps.
- Ai bullet actually lists Quad Core processor and 2GB of Ram along with supporting 8GB of flash... kind of cool for a POE bullet cam

Can you use cell service instead of wifi to connect to your phone?

Are the occupancy counter graphs implemented or in development?

It looks good but, I’m wondering about the heat build up in sunny environments - matt black being the most efficient heat absorber. Even the white g4s get hot in the sun. Thoughts?

Will the AI camera offer E2EE?

G4 Pro is 4K(8MPix) vs AI 5MPix CMOS. G4 PRO has zoom,autofocus,bigger-sensor, 50fps, bigger horizontal(+25deg.) and vertical(+14deg) view . This AI camera seems to have the G4 Pro optics without zoom,af and smaller sensor with AI optimized HW I guess (whatever AI means in this case). The price is reasonable , it is a camera sitting between G4 bullet ----------- G4 Pro which is a nice option.

AI? so the camera itself performs those tasks? whats the difference between G4?

Damn that black color looks sexy. I just installed 3 x G4 Bullets yesterday and I already want new cameras.

Finally a black security camera from ubiquity what took so long

Just purchased 3 G4 Pro’s and have them installed already. I would love to have them in black, but wonder if they are better then the existing G4 Pro bullets. Waiting for them to be available on EA to test one out

How AI helps? Not getting the idea.

I'm struggling to understand what makes this different from the G4 bullet. Just "enhanced" detection?
