I don't understand people who whine about aim assist. Even with am assist controller players are at a serious disadvantage.

Haha! FINALLY! I was legit just thinking about hopping back into new world but with a controller!! And look aT what I see today hell ya I cannot wait to play this game on my couch! GG WELL DONE EVERYBODY THAT PUSHED FOR CONTROLLER SUPPORT!

If this game started with gamepad support (for portable PC's like the Steam Deck) and console release, with full cross play, this game would still have a chance as the number of players would still be high and they'd have more of a reason to add good content.

Road maps should not exists just shows players have 0 faith, stick to game so desperate devs release these to show something they could be held accountable.

Brian how come there is an update 4.0.1, did I miss the 4.0 update? I thought the new expansion etc was 3.0? Very confused.

That update made the game feel likes it's just a beta test for lotr mmo. No content for 2024.

This was horrible. This game is pathetic season 4 was an absolute dumpster fire they claimed they were releasing less content to make things work as intended, instead we get less content and a still bug ridden pile of shit. And they follow this up with don't worry guys still no content on the way, just minor quality of life that will undoubtedly introduce game breaking bugs again because AGS hire actual retards to develop their games.

Great news. I wasn’t going to jump back in until native controller support was a thing. The steam profiles were pretty good, but not good enough to keep me excited.

A fail, from unprofessional developers ( that should go back to pizza delivery) change the name to New Bug suit much better...
every time when I come back to the game to see if they have fixed the house issue I see it still bugged

From what I've seen of your videos and the little bit I have caught on your streams the new Expac looks great so far.. Truthfully I do miss playing NW but we will see how things go if I do come back or not, still kinda sour about what happened prior. But never know what 2024 might hold for the gaming year.

I'm happy that they're bringing in controller support but I'm terrified by what they mean by "lock on" and "aim assist". Apex Legends ruined their game with controller support. At least there isn't recoil control to worry about... maybe it'll be fine. I'm scared.

Controller support means nothing when the actual game is in terrible condition. Game doesn't have nearly enough content and even the very little amount of content they barely manage to ship is insanely buggy & of low quality. Season 4 was a massive failure and it doesn't look like the next 6 months have any substantial content drops either. Just constant promises of performance improvements and bug fixes that end up never happening.

I feel like the only player who doesn't PVP or do endgame stuff. I'm just having fun soloing everything and doing all the sides while exploring. I have no interest in expeditions or PVP in new world. Thanks for making new world content.
