I love the option for smaller portions. I cannot eat much due to health problems so this makes it easy for me to enjoy. I hope I get to visit this restaurant one day.

We could never have something like this in America. People are so irresponsible they'd someone manage to burn the restaurant down.

its a model of efficiency. no servants required, no complain about that how meat is supposed to be done, and if you like your hand burnt

we are doing something wrong in the US this would be no less than a 100$ experience per person.

Wagyu is done....yes done for.... only thing i dislike about these places....theres not enough heat for cuts like these, 0 char almost looked like it was cooked...
