I am actually an architect and I work at a bureau specialising in sustainable (wooden) architecture. The bureau is called Fantális Architects. We have very similar design, font, vibes, colors, the á and everything. So your logo is quite common, I'd say. Although, the content as in "how to propose your design to a client" is educational!
