People forget about him when discussing greatest guitarists of all time. He’s easily Top 50. The entirety of 7empest is a rifftastic riff-fest. He’s over shadowed sometimes by his band mates and that was his ‘hold my beer’ moment.

Aenima thru 10,000 days is peak Tool, with Aenima being the best of the three by a small margin, then Lateraulis followed closely by 10k days.
Fear Innoculum has two fantastic songs but is weak overall. Early Tool is good, but pre Aenima is almost like a different band.

Just learning the music from tool recently. Adam jones is too under rated

Not sure what it is about Eulogy but the riff just slaps with the rhythm of the song particularily when the drums kick in
