Thank you for sharing this. I am 2 weeks post mast. and got 1 drain removed last week. Today I have alot of fluid building up. I'll try lymph massage and calendula oil and see if it helps. Much nicer than having the fluid drained with a needle. I hope it works 🙏

I’ve had four bowel resections and a c-section scar opened three times. I look like in pregnant all the time. I don’t know, if any or how many lymph nodes have been affected from the surgeries. Would I do massage differently?

Is there a reason why it would be more painful on one side of the neck than the other? I don't think I changed pressure at all

Hi, get excess water retention that also shows on my face and makes me look saggier and just plane ugly. If I do cardio exercise, the day after it's completely gone. Is this due to cardio stimulating lymphatic drainage? Besides sodium reduction from sweating, which i've tested.

I use the gentle massage setting on my handheld shower head.

After r that massage I feel amazing glory to God thank you so much for posting this 🙌❤️❤️

Hello! My gf has hashimotos and doesnt have one kidney. her knees, elbows and shoulders are swollen up for god knows what reason. every doctors gives a different answer about her thyroid. do you think a lymphatic drainage massage would help with her joint issues/pain?

Just been diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma in my inguinale groin lymph node awaiting treatment , can I still massage my lymph nodes whilst having treatment..

boy when I did this I started having a ton of drainage in my throat and was clearing and hacking.

Can we do abdominal exercise? Will 6 packs tight muscle disturb these flows?

Hi, so useful, i am happy to have found your channel and learn from a professional. could you possibly explain why in some videos the recommendation is to go DOWN from the waist area - towards the inguinal creases. i am so confused and intrigued , i even asked a reputed specialist on his instagram account and his answer was - follow the lymph flow (ok ) and go DOWN from the ribs. i unsubscribed 😂. but i see this all the time and thanking you ni advance for any explanation.
