This is NOT a good explanation. You cannot start with the Roman times and go into modern time just skipping the whole huge period of reconquista. That is an extremely important long period of time. Also misspelling Barcelona is just unforgivable.

Britain itself wasnt apart of spain but due the fact that the queen of england was catholic and had married the emperor of the holy roman empire and the spanish empire, it became a habsburg monarchy until elizabeth coming into power when they turned into the house of tudor, which meant the protestant church came back into england and the catholics were forced out.

This is a good video considering you are summing up the history of one of the most fascinating countries in the world in less than 10 minutes.

Some errors on the video since the Portuguese were the 1st global empire, not the spanish, and the spanish route trough africa into India also did not happen as the spanish had to go through the pacific to the philippines in order to avoid the portuguese on the sea and possible losses in battle for both sides

I really really like this video but there's a glaring issue with narration! I mean I think the narrator was mainly chosen because of his sound quality as being young and relatable to young audiences. I understand why that is the case.

Okay so I don't know if the person narrating is also the person who created this video but I mean there's so many mispronunciations in English much more French Italian and Spanish! Surely you can find someone who can narrate and actually know how to pronounce these words.
