I like Trevor's reaction whenever he discovers something unpleasant such as Richter's betrayal...

ОтветитьI threw quasim over on that first mission
ОтветитьVietnamese Village is a BOP!!! So 🔥
ОтветитьPortable high ground
Ответитьwho else randomly thought of this and wanted to watch this game again 2 years later
ОтветитьSame brother i always loved the campaign more then multiplayer and/or zombies
ОтветитьI loved the ending to the vid!! Nice work!
ОтветитьThis is what I do when I get a new cod game too
ОтветитьBut then you also have really good historical details in here too.
Like at the very bottom of Bell’s dossier, when you are making the character, there is a signature and the words ‘David C. Jones, Chairman.’
United States Air Force General David Charles Jones was the actual Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1981.
And ‘Fracture Jaw’ was an actual plan proposed by the US military to use nuclear devices in Vietnam. The devs didn’t make that up.
So I guess we historians have to take our victories where we can get them when it comes to historical accuracy in Call of Duty. 😂
The glaring historical inaccuracy in the very first mission is messing with me.
The date for mission 1 is January 12th, 1981. And in the cutscene just before, Reagan gave the mission the go ahead.
Ronald Reagan was not President of the United States on January 12th, 1981. Jimmy Carter was. Reagan doesn’t take office until January 20th, and was still President-Elect at this point.
The President-Elect does not have any command authority to order a mission like this. The order would have come from Carter. This close to a presidential transition, Reagan would have most likely been read in on the operation, but would not been able to give it the go-ahead.
Jesus Christ, dev team. How hard is it to hire a historian to go over your scenario script?
Just so y know trev at that time you were not dealing with the Russians you were dealing with the ussr (Soviet Union)
ОтветитьCampaign will always be my favorite thing about COD games. A COD without campaign is missing what made COD truly great, over the top action that even after beating a mission multiple time, it's still fun to go back and play again over and over.
ОтветитьThis is Vietnam baby
ОтветитьI realize now when they say
"An unnamed white house official claims a cold war disaster could be just around the corner"

It was so cool to see President Ronald Reagan in-game they did an amazing job with this campaign
