Ben, I saw you at a virtual event with the Wounded Warrior Project, and I immediately subscribed to your channel. I had a phone interview yesterday with a job I am really excited about, and I watched your videos repeatedly in addition to other research and preparation. She loved the questions I asked, and at the end of the interview had no issues or concerns about my ability to do the job. She said that turn around for the next step is 5-7 days but that I should be hearing from her to schedule the panel interview much sooner. You gave great advice and such powerful insight!

The tip about sending a thank you email is super effective- I interviewed for a new role last Tuesday, sent a thank you email an hour after the interview ended, and got a job offer that Friday. I was hella shocked lol. Oh yeah and the interviewer responded to my email around 45 min after I sent it

What if you don’t have the job description? The recruiter just found you in LinkedIn and called you. If you asked the recruiter they will just tell you some of the requirements.

I have a phone interview with Wells Fargo tomorrow. I’ve heard that some just have the phone interview and some have that and a panel interview. My question is that if this phone interview is considered a first round and they ask those few questions you mentioned, then what additional questions would be asked in the panel? Behavioral ones using the star method?
