ОтветитьWhew! Heck of a workout Maddie. Started feeling the burn about 3 minutes in. I almost took a break in between sets but found a way through without it. Very challenging core series 👏🏾. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing.

ОтветитьStruggling to do with with few breaks- there are so many 10 min abs options, but few of them do plank- I love yours with the 45s on 15s off- I'd love a plank version of that- 2m on, 20s off or so for 10 min (or other variations)

Ответитьi did take two 10 sec rests , it’s because my arms were hurting not abs 😢 i have a neck problem so my arms getting tired very easily

Im doing 2minutes plank regulary everyday, but im dying when trying this. Im shaking in the middle of the video, take a rest for 2min and continue again! And damn i feel so good after finish it! I will try again for a month ;)

ОтветитьOw, my arms. More of arm workout than an ab workout. My everything hurts.
ОтветитьI have been doing this workout once in two days for five months and still have to take breaks. :D the breaks have shortened though. In the beginning i took 15 second breaks after every 30 seconds. Now i take a 5 second break 3 times in 8 minutes.
I hope i will be able to do it without breaks soon.
I finally completed it straight after almost 10 times doing it 😂 consistency my girl 🙃

ОтветитьLoved it - only one break but pretty bad posture near the end, it wasn’t my core that was in pain, my shoulders & back were the problem.
I’ll certainly be back to it though - something I can work towards 🙂
Such a great workout and brutal on the upper body.

ОтветитьWOW I did it. I have been really work hard on my core and the work has paid off. I will say it was not easy but my knees never touched the ground.

ОтветитьA few months ago I couldn't do this workout without any breaks. After doing your other workouts for the past few months I tried this again and was able to do it easily. Thank you for the fantastic workouts Maddie 😁

ОтветитьA good arm workout, but for those looking for an ab workout? This isn't it. Planks do NOT build ab muscles, and neither to stair climbers. There isn't a contraction between the hips and abdomen. You are lifting with the top of your legs, not your abs. There are much better ab workouts. This is great for arms, shoulders and back!
